This modern apartment is set in a quiet residential area of Canterbury with easy access to the city centre. Free on-site parking is available at the property. While the neighbourhood is generally peaceful, please be considerate of the residential setting and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm – 8:00am. No smoking, no parties, no pets, and no unauthorized guests are allowed. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space, please remove your shoes at the entrance. Food and drinks should be kept in the kitchen and dining areas, with only water permitted in the bedroom. The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, so please avoid moving or rearranging any furniture. If you notice any damages upon arrival, or if anything is broken during your stay, kindly notify the host immediately so arrangements for repair can be made.
