Guests can easily reach the space on foot, or by public transportation and car. The surrounding area has a public transport network that is known for its punctuality and modern vehicles. Visitors can move quickly around the area and easily take a train 1hr and 45 minutes to London. Biking and walking along the street is also encouraged. This modern home is located in Canterbury City Centre along a pedestrian-only road. Parking is not included and walking is required to reach the flat. Due to the popularity of the area, some light street-side noise may permeate the home during the day. Please respect the neighbours and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. No smoking, no parties, no pets, and no unauthorized guests allowed. Upon arrival, please remove your shoes at the entrance to help us keep the space sparkling clean. Please keep food in the kitchen and dining areas. Only water is allowed in the bedrooms, do not bring food or drink into the bedrooms. The home has been thoughtfully designed, please do not rearrange the furniture. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
