This modern home is located in a quiet residential area of Canterbury with convenient access to the city centre. Free on-site parking is available at the property. While the neighbourhood is generally peaceful, please be mindful of the residential setting and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm – 8:00am. No smoking, no parties, no pets, and no unauthorized guests are allowed. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space, please remove your shoes at the entrance. Food and drinks should be kept in the kitchen and dining areas only water is permitted in the bedrooms. The home has been thoughtfully furnished, so please avoid rearranging any furniture. If you notice any damages upon arrival, or if anything breaks during your stay, kindly notify the host immediately so arrangements for repair can be made.
